SUMMARY:Spectrum 2022 – The Annual Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Spectrum 2022\, the annual gathering was organized and celebrated with lot of energy and warmth from 21st to 23rd December 2022 at SNDT College of Home Science\, Pune. \nThe students celebrated Spectrum Days from 14th to 21st December 2022 with variety of themes.  \nThe Spectrum was inaugurated at the hands of Prof. Sachin Deore\, Principal SNDT College of Home Science\, Pune. Dr. Subhash Patil was the chief Guest for the programme by lighting the lamp.  \nIn this mega festival various events and competitions were conducted such as mehendi\, photography\, quiz\, variety entertainment\, cookery competition\, Sanskrita–Miss Home Science. On sports day\, events such as cricket\, tug of war\, treasure hunt\, limbu chamacha and many other sports activities were held.  \nNational Integration Day was celebrated to mark the Indian value of Unity in Diversity.   \nGreen Day was celebrated with environment rally where saplings were planted and the program was marked by creative\, informative and environment safety awareness posters made by the students. Also\, a street play was performed by the students to create awareness amongst people regarding environment safety. \nDuring the Prize Distribution Ceremony the students who excelled in academics\, sports\, cultural activities and NSS were given prizes for their achievements.  \nThe success of the spectrum was marked by the huge participation of the students in all the events and this made the spectrum grand.
