This 2-credit course\, offered by Department of Human Development\, SNDT College of Home Science\, Pune\, follows a blended learning approach\, integrating theoretical concepts with hands-on practical experiences. A total of 24 participants enrolled in the course which was conducted from 10th February 2025 to 1st March 2025. \n

SUMMARY:A Workshop on Lippan Art by Fevicryl
DESCRIPTION:Lippan art\, a traditional mural craft from Kutch\, Gujarat\, is known for its intricate designs made using mud and mirrors. A workshop on Lippan Art was organized for the students of SY BSc. From TSAD\, HECS\, and ISD Departments by Fevicryl on 11th March 2025. This workshop was a successful initiative that enriched students’ knowledge of traditional Indian crafts and enhanced their artistic skills. \n

SUMMARY:Nutrition and Health Research Conference 2025
DESCRIPTION:Nutrition and Health Research Conference (NHRC) 2025 was organised by Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute\, Pune in collaboration with Nutrition Society of India Mumbai Chapter and Dr. BMN College of Home Science\, Mumbai. A total of 15 students of M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition Dietetics attended the conference. The sessions of the conference were by Scientists and senior nutritionists from prestigious organizations such as National Institute of Nutrition\, FSSAI\, Sikkim University etc. Two students (Saloni Nevgi and Himani Yakkundi) presented their research abstracts as an e-poster and their work was appreciated by the judges and scientific committee of NHRC. \n
