It was well appreciated by 100 students and staff of the college. The guest speaker was Mrs. Sandhya Nagarkar\, Assistant Commissioner\, Women and Child Welfare\, Government of Maharashtra who guided the students regarding preparation for such examinations by narrating her own example. Principal\, Dr. Muktaja Vikas Mathkari highlighted the importance of competition examinations like UPSC and MPSC and considering civil services as one of the career options. \n

SUMMARY:Inauguration of Fitness Centre
DESCRIPTION:Honourable Vice-Chancellor Professor Shashikala Wanjari inaugurated the ‘Fitness Centre’ at SNDT Women’s University Pune campus. Program was organized by SNDT College of Home Science on 3rd February 2021 as a part of women empowerment initiative. The renovation of the fitness Centre has been possible through the donations received in the memory of late Dr. Sulochana Patil. The centre will be available for the students and staff from the campus as well as all women in Pune city. \n
