SUMMARY:Visit to My Second Home
DESCRIPTION:On 5th August 2025\, a visit was organised to “My Second Home\,” a community-based care centre dedicated to providing support\, guidance\, and engagement for children and residents in the surrounding area. The centre offers a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can spend their time meaningfully through a variety of educational and social activities. The visit enabled participants to understand the importance of community-based care models in fostering holistic development and social well-being. A total of 3 students and 1 faculty member actively participated in this enriching experience.

SUMMARY:Visit to Happy Hours Kindergarten\, Pune
DESCRIPTION:On 5th August 2025\, a visit was organized to Happy Hours Kindergarten\, Pune\, to study its early childhood education environment\, teaching practices\, and child development activities. The visit aimed to familiarise participants with innovative preschool methodologies that integrate structured academics with play-based learning. During the visit\, participants observed interactive\, activity-based classrooms and witnessed children’s active involvement in storytelling\, music\, art\, and free play. They also interacted with educators and support staff to gain insights into teaching methods and reviewed the outdoor play facilities along with the safety infrastructure. The visit provided valuable exposure to modern preschool practices for trainee teachers\, education students\, and parents. A total of 3 students and 1 faculty member participated in this enriching experience.

During the visit\, participants observed activity-based classrooms and witnessed children’s engagement in storytelling\, music\, art\, and play-based learning. They also interacted with preschool educators and parents to gain insights into teaching practices and explored the outdoor play zones along with safety infrastructure. The visit proved to be highly beneficial for education students\, trainee teachers\, and parents keen on understanding progressive preschool practices. A total of 4 students and 1 faculty member participated in this learning experience. \n \n
