The College and WIMA (Women Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Maharashtra) jointly organized ‘Business Exhibition’ on 8th February 2021. During the inaugural session, Pune campus in charge and Principal, Dr. Muktaja Vikas Mathkari stated the importance of such initiative in women empowerment and threw light on Maharshi Karve’s vision about Women Empowerment. She also brought out how the motto of the University ‘Sanskrita Stri Parashakti’ helps the students of Home Science to break the myths about Home Science and excel in their career and achieve name and fame as entrepreneurs. Ms. Preeti Deshmukh, the president of WIMA expressed her desire to have association in future with Home Science College so as to work for women upliftment and empowerment.
