World Architecture Day, celebrated on the first Monday of October each year, is a global observance that honors the vital role of architecture in shaping the built environment and, by extension, our daily lives.

The students of RM Department celebrated this day on 7th October 2024, through an innovative idea of displaying rich heritage of Indian monuments and glorifying the designs, patterns and structural features of each state. The SY and TY students contributed in this event and collected the information which was transferred into a QR code and a display of Indian map was put up at the entrance lobby of SNDT College of Home Science, Pune.

Principal Dr. Vrushali Nagarale (Addl. Charge) and Head of the Department Mrs. Anuja Kinikar along with the teaching faculty appreciated the efforts that had gone into making the event a big success.
