An interactive session was arranged by Dr. Sridevi Singh, Director CFTRI, Mysore on 17th December 2022 for the Undergraduate and post graduate students of the FSN department. Dr. Sridevi Singh delivered a lecture on “Current and emerging trends in utilization of food proteins’. The session was attended by the UG and PG students of the FSN department.
