The department of Human Ecology and Consumer Services and Textile Science and Apparel Design organised a exhibition on 23rd October 2023. The exhibition showcased the creative works of the students. Dr. Ganesh Chavan, Principal , SNDT College of Home Science inaugurated the exhibition. He appreciated the students work and mentioned that as Home science education largely focuses on hands-on activities, practicals, and skill development, many of the creative works produced through this education have the potential to be patented. If these creations are commercialized, they will have even greater financial value. The exhibition was organised under the leadership of Dr. Lalieetaa Bbhagat Head of these two departments. The exhibition was visited by staff, students, parents, and distinguished guests from the Pune campus and surrounding areas.
