On 14th August 2025, the students of Human Development (SY and TY) along with SY students of HECS, accompanied by faculty members Mrs. Ulka Chinchore and Mrs. Dipti Kulkarni, visited the Swadhar Organisation to understand its initiatives in supporting women in difficult circumstances. The visit provided insights into the various services offered by the organization, including shelter, counseling, legal aid, vocational training, and rehabilitation support aimed at empowering women and helping them rebuild their lives with dignity. Through interactions and observations, students gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by women in vulnerable situations and the crucial role of community-based organizations in fostering resilience, self-reliance, and social justice.
