On the occasion of Makar Sakranti, ‘Nari Samman Sohala’ was organized to felicitate the widows from Megacity Community, Pune which is in the vicinity of SNDT college, on 14^th January 2021. Principal, Dr. Muktaja Vikas Mathkari, addressed the audience about the status of women, especially widows in the society and how to overcome the difficulties faced in day-to-day life. Smt. Shilpa Hattiangadi Head, Department of Communication and Media Studies was the chief guest for the program.
