An online workshop on ‘Role of Toys in Child Development’ was organised for the students of Human Development department on 24th and 25th January 2022. Ms. Shivani Pethe and Mr. Rupesh Labde, Project Assistant at IUCAA, Pune were the resource persons for the workshop. The students received hands on experience in making toys by using simple, inexpensive, and easily available material. For these students who are the aspiring teachers, the knowledge gained would be useful to make their teaching effective in future.
