On 9th August 2024, the TY Human Development (HD) students participated in a workshop on “Creative and Readiness Activities for Young Children,” conducted by Mrs. Vasavi Joshi, a respected expert in early childhood education. The workshop aimed to equip students with a deep understanding of the critical role that readiness and creative activities play in the early stages of a child’s development.

The workshop delved into the realm of creative activities, highlighting how they stimulate imagination, problem-solving skills, and emotional expression in children. Mrs. Joshi provided practical examples of such activities and discussed how they contribute to a child’s overall cognitive and emotional growth. In addition to the hands-on demonstrations, the workshop covered the learning outcomes associated with both readiness and creative activities.. By the end of the session, the students had a comprehensive understanding of how to implement these activities effectively in their future professional roles, contributing to the holistic development of young children. This workshop served as a valuable educational experience, enriching the students’ knowledge and preparing them for their future careers in human development and early childhood education.
