An interactive session held to equip mentors with structured guidance, best practices, and tools for effective mentorship on 21st July, 2025. The “Guidelines for Mentoring” session successfully equipped 18 participants with a clear, structured, and practice-based approach to mentoring. They left with concrete tools, aligned expectations, and measurable strategies to conduct meaningful mentor–mentee relationships.

These foundations will guide future pairs in driving positive personal and professional development.
