A certificate course in ‘Yoga’ was planned for the winners of ‘Spectrum’ 2022 from 17th to 31st May 2021. The resource person was Yoga therapist Ms. Pranjali Fadnavis, director, Swaroop Yogsadhana Kendra, Pune. The students participated in the course with lot of enthusiasm and stated that yoga has become a part of their daily life. They expressed themselves by stating that it was a unique gesture of appreciation which would be very helpful for their wellbeing not only in the present but also in the future.
