A guest lecture on ‘Quality Assurance in Food Processing Industry’ was organized by the department of Food Science and Nutrition on 17th May 2021. The resource person was Ms. Jhelam Joshi. The students were able to understand the process and procedures of Quality Assurance in Food Industry. The interaction with the resource person helped the students to have a better clarity regarding quality control.
