A lecture on “Working in Industrial R&D department and etiquettes during Internship” was organized on 24th February, 2024 for M.Sc. Nutrition and Food Processing students. Ms. Rucha Ghanpatti an alumnus of the department was the resource person. She interacted with the students regarding process of product development, role of R&D in product and process development, working of B2B industries, launching of food product and record maintenance in R&D. She also guided the students about skills required and etiquettes to be followed during internship.
