The National Level Hands-On Training Workshop on Food Microbial and Chemical Analysis was organized on 15th March 2024, by the Department of Science and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of SNDT College of Home Science, Pune, in collaboration with the Microbiology Society of India (MBSI). The workshop aimed to provide participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in various techniques related to food microbial and chemical analysis, thus enhancing their skills and understanding in this crucial domain.

The workshop was structured to blend theoretical insights with practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for the participants. The sessions were interactive, allowing ample opportunities for questions, discussions, and clarifications.

Dr. Swaroopa Hatolkar, Mrs. Manisha Gawade and Dr. Devashree Deshpande were the resource persons for the workshop.
