The final year students of M.Sc. Nutrition and Food Processing, took part in ORAH CHALLEGE to conduct research on Antioxidant Homogenization. Four groups with four participants conducted trials and submitted their report of the findings to the Judges of the Challenge, Ms. Shriya Teli and Mr. Rohit Dubepatil from ORAH Nutrichem Pvt.Ltd. The following students won the 1 st Prize- Arpita Pain, Anshita Arya, Swasti Deshmukh and Sarah Santrampurwala and 2nd prize winners were Fiza Pathan, Pratiksha Dhame, Priya Atanur, Sakshi Dhangar.

The students were appreciated for demonstrating exceptional skill, innovation, and dedication, they excelled in tackling real-world industry problems with a hands-on approach, which significantly contributed to bridging the gap between academia and industry. The students were felicitated with the prizes at the hands of Dr. Vrushali Nagarale, Principal (Addl. Charge) on 23rd July, 2024.
