Orientation programme of SNDT College of Home Science Pune was organized on Teacher’s Day, September 5th, 2022. It was arranged for first year undergraduate and post graduate students. The students, their parents, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college attended the program. Principal Prof. Sachin Deore briefed about various courses; value added courses and importance of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the overall development of students. Students were informed about various specializations of Home Science by the heads of the department. They also highlighted the career opportunities in their respective specializations. The students were also informed about the examination system, timetables, cultural activities, NSS, and other co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
