On 22nd August 2025, the TY students of Human Development, accompanied by faculty member Ms. Ulka Chinchore, participated in a visit to understand the multidisciplinary education provisions and family support systems available for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and related conditions. The visit offered valuable exposure to integrated educational approaches, therapeutic interventions, and support mechanisms designed to cater to the diverse needs of children with developmental challenges. It also emphasised the importance of family involvement in facilitating holistic development and inclusion. This experiential learning opportunity enabled students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications, enhancing their understanding of child development and special education practices.
